I also realised that if I wanted to make changes to my creation at any time, I could My vision was to work with people to help them improve their lives in various ways. This led me to working for a number of years in the voluntary and charitable sectors. I then decided to work with people, both individually and in organisations to help them perform more effectively and so I trained as a coach and counsellor’. I have been a practicing counsellor and coach in Ealing, West London for the past 12 years.  I am a qualified executive coach and leadership mentor accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). I am also a life coach. I am a Person Centred counsellor, (Metanoia Institute) accredited by the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) I am also a UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor. In addition, I have trained as an NLP practitioner and I am a qualified Action Learning Set facilitator. I have completed the MBCT (Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy) Programme developed by Bangor University.'
