Frequently Asked Questions

How does coaching work?

Most clients opt for a coaching programme of between four to eighteen sessions. The coaching programme is tailored to your specific needs. The first meeting is an assessment session designed to explore what you want to achieve and to develop an action plan to help you succeed. Sessions are confidential and their will be a review and evaluation at the end of each programme. I also provide email support between sessions.

Where will the coaching take place?

We can meet at your workplace, in my private practice or a suitable external venue. Sessions would usually be fortnightly or monthly to ensure sufficient time for working on actions. We would agree dates for sessions in advance.

What are your fees?

I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation meeting aimed at answering your questions and helping you to decide if I am the right coach for you. After that I charge £125 per session for 90 minutes.
I charge the full fee if sessions are cancelled with less that 48 hours notice.
